Description
An investigation of the feasibility of creatin a new, net zero supply chain through the conversion of a waste disposal route with high cost and GHG emissions for UK seafood processors into new and sustainably profitable revenue streams. The project comprises:
* Generating evidence for the feasibility of converting Category 3 animal by-product into high value feed and high-performance pollution control products.
* Assembling a seafood processor consortium to achieve a minimum economic scale of manufacture in order to attract investment for this business diversification opportunity.
* A net zero supply chain solution for the manufacture and supply of an advanced material for an innovative environment technology for removal of pollutants of concern from natural habitats.
