[Tech Lancaster][0] is an industry-led, industry managed outreach and training organisation based in Lancaster, United Kingdom. Initially created to support local people taking up new jobs in our regional electronics and technology \"electech\" [sector][1], as well as supporting and strengthening the skills of those already working in regional industry in the north west, we now aim provide further support around career development as well as extending our \"bootcamp\" skills training programmes around electech and related industries.\r\n\r\nWith this project Tech Lancaster aims to continue its successful design and implementation of skills bootcamps focusing on skills required for the design and manufacture of PEMD electronic systems which underpin supply chains such as electric automotive. This project will lay the groundwork for a larger bootcamp planned for 2022, and will provide PEMD specific engagement and outreach to enthuse a potential workforce at all levels and ages to help drive the race to net zero. Initially focused in the north west, we hope to support further initiatives across the UK.\r\n\r\n[0]: https://www.tech-lancaster.org.uk/\r\n[1]: https://innovateuk.blog.gov.uk/2019/09/16/electech-enabling-the-digital-future
