Description
Beyond EIS funding, investment is becoming more and more difficult. Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and Angel investors are now only investing 10% of their potential investment capital, and 48% of these networks are only investing in ESG (Environmental, Social Impact, and Governance).
The National Bureau of Economic Research quoted that policymakers and investors are to ensure that financing decarbonisation is done in a way that leaves no one behind, maximises social benefits, and is consistent with the commitment to net-zero.
The complexity around business modeling, financial planning, and decision planning to craft, test and deploy based on carbon neutral target, isn't understood or readily available. Visionaries, founders, and designers are prone to misjudge situations, miss targets, make the wrong decisions, have misaligned teams, raise insufficient funds, and all that can lead to missed concept development opportunities.
The aim is to design a solution to determine a solid foundation to discover the carbon footprint impact in business modeling for concept development.
For the first time this will enable businesses to quantify design, analyse development and visualise ESG impact on new concepts, and iterations to existing projects.
