{"title": ["", "iWave Systems Ltd"], "description": ["", "\nThe wind renewables sector is a relatively new and rapidly growing industry which has at its heart a very up to date, clear and concise HSE culture from onshore operations all the way to the very demanding and sometimes remote offshore locations.\n\nEvery aspect on a windfarms successful operation is born from the entire site and team adhering and constantly modifying all aspects of a safe work habit and environment. Which if not present or understood would results in a windfarm underperforming and losing revenue due to lost KPIs and down time. As we all know any serious HSE incident could result in a full investigation and potential impact on revenue and targets being missed.\n\nWith this in mind the Sector is extremely clear on the rules and how they are applied and adhered to from lift operations through to correct documentation and procedures.\n\nAfter careful and continuous monitoring and study it became clear to iWave that there was a fundamental grey area within the essential process of disembarkment from the site CTVs to the WTGs by technicians.\n\nA site will have its procedures with regards to limits of transfer in marginal conditions. This maybe a set time and visual monitoring of the amount of movement the pushed on vessel moves which in turn will be interpretted by the vessel crew and technicians and a decision will hopefully be made as to whether it was safe to proceed.\n\nThis practice has a few knock on results due to the human error and difference to an individuals perceptions in safe limits. Resulting in many times a team may transfer over limits or vice versa not transfer in conditions that are actually within limits. In either case the results can vary from a turbine that is down not getting fixed or a team is transfers in dangerous conditions in which case any incident could result in liability and HSE investigations.\n\niWave have designed a system that will within a set time frame and set parameters on movement will deliver an easy to obey red light green light command. The systems parameters and time frames are all adjustable meaning a site can tailor its requirements and then the procedure will be signed off by all involved from shareholder (JOV) all the way down to technicians, this will eliminate any commercial pressure and set and industry standard giving absolute confidence to transferring teams.\n\n"], "extra_text": ["", "\n\n\n\n"], "status": ["", "Active"]}
