ValRadio, one of the UK’s oldest and leading independent manufacturers and suppliers of electrical and electronic power conversion, protection and control products, is looking to collaborate with the Brunel Institute for Power Systems (BIPS) to develop novel power conversion solutions for the domestic market. With the emergence of renewable energy technologies for the home, ValRadio recognises that the marketplace is mature enough for the development of novel power conversion and supply systems for domestic use to overcome today’s wasteful and costly invertor and AC/DC adaptor technologies. Our products will help address rising energy costs which are driving homeowners to invest in technologies that improve energy efficiency/lower energy bills. Our proposition support the UK ‘Smart Grids and Smart Cities’ agenda and will enable ValRadio to position itself as a market leader in deliver efficient power conversion products that service the domestic market.
