Further reductions in energy consumption are reported.Our suggested benchmark technology is existing high efficiency gas-fired central heating plant. A suitable test would be a residential block over a period of at least one year.Emphasis is placed on the maintenance-free aspect of this technology together with it\u2019s high local controllability.
