{"description": ["\nThe key aims and objectives of this research project is the design, fabrication and testing of novel tunnelling device called the Asymmetrical Spacer Layer Tunnel Diode (ASPAT).\nThe work will investigate the performances of fully integrated Antenna-ASPAT-Matching circuits for zero bias operation from frequencies ranging from 5.8GHz to 77GHz which encompass from Medical Implant devices to car radars applications.\nThe programme will look send design and testing of various antenna types and their optimal matching with ASPAT diodes across a range of frequencies of interest to the industrial partner \n(linwave ltd)\nThe main deliverable is the realisation of miniature, fully integrated RF circuits with very high sensitivity.
