Description
This project aims to develop an improved agricultural carbon soil model that
incorporates new data and empirical relationships in order to compare various
farmland management strategies for climate mitigation. This project is highly
relevant because farmland soil carbon sequestration has been proposed as a
carbon offsetting strategy by private companies and startups in a addition to
national governments, such as the U.S. and the U.K.
