IEM stands for "Intuitive Energy Management" aims to make energy and sustainability performance easier to monitor, manage and improve for large businesses with complex portfolios, employee base and facilities. We do this through bringing together various data sets that affect performance, making them easy to understand, access and manipulate, and finally by communicating performance and actions required to the right people within a business who can have a positive effect. We bring data together and put it in the hands of those who can turn the information into actions, then link this to a communication hub which spreads the message and helps to install a sustainable culture within the organisation. The idea was conceived by a sustainability professional, to make the job scaleable and easier for other sustainability professionals.
